I've "rescued" an old photograph of Eliza KIBBEY BIGGS taken at the Isaiah Smith Studio in Wilmington, Ohio. I would guess that the photograph was taken sometime in the 1880's and that Eliza was in her teens or 20's at the time. In addition to her name someone has written "Charles KIBBEY's, Grand????" I believe it may be "Grandmother" but it is hard to read, not sure though unless KIBBEY was her middle name rather than her maiden name and BIGGS was her maiden name and she married a KIBBEY??? I'm hoping someone from this family will know who she is so that the photograph can be returned to its rightful place with family. In addition to this photograph I also "rescued" a photograph of Jim Poke or Pohe FISHER from the same source. The handwriting on this photo is the same as Eliza's and they were taken at the same studio in Wilmington, Ohio. Not sure what the connection is, but clearly the photographs were once in the possession of the same person.
